For more than 20 years, Michael worked as a courier for Federal Express in Elmsford, NY where he was beloved by his supervisors and coworkers alike. Michael was a devout Catholic who often ushered at Sunday mass. Much like Saint Michael the Archangel, Michael was a warrior. Abundant in heart and courage. Michael was loved much and will be missed by many. Our loss is heaven’s gain. “Those special memories of you will always bring a smile. If only I could have you back, for just a little while.. Then we could sit and talk again, just like we used to do... You always meant so very much and always will do too.. The fact that you're no longer here will always cause me pain.. But you're forever in my heart until we meet again” - author unknown In addition to his devoted, loving and caring wife Ursula, Michael is survived by his sisters Theresa Detko of Middletown NY and Maryanne Karaman and her husband William of Oviedo Florida, his niece Katrina Karaman and nephew William Karaman Junior also of Oviedo Florida.
