Margherita Spinelli

Margherita Spinelli, a lifelong resident of the Bronx, passed away at Albert Einstein Hospital on December 17, 2018. She was born November 14, 1924 and was the daughter of the late Salvatore and Maria Mangino. She was predeceased by her devoted husband of 58 years Antonio Spinelli in 2004. Her siblings Vincent, Salvatore, Nicholas, Rudolfo, John and Concetta also predeceased her. She leaves behind 2 sons: Michael (Diane) of Putnam Valley, NY and Salvatore (Louisa) of Temecula, CA. Also surviving are her 5 grandchildren Chrissy (Craig) Kuczynski, Michael (Annie) Spinelli, Salvatore (Lauren) Spinelli, Deana (Cory) Tichenor, and Roseanne (Nick) Schroetter and 8 great-grandchildren Nico, Alysa, Preston, Elijah, Ryan, Aiden, Leonardo and Jack as well as many nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to either St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or The Ronald McDonald House.
