Barbara G. Wright

Barbara G. Wright a resident of Mohegan Lake passed away on November 27th at the age of 91. Barbara was born on September 14th 1930 in Boston Massachusetts. Barbara was a physical education teacher at Hendrick Hudson High School from 1953-1987. She enjoyed foreign travel she was an avid tennis player and skier. Barbara also coached field hockey and she was a class advisor to the class of 1965 and she enjoyed cooking. She was a member of Yorktown Presbyterian Church. Barbara is predeceased by her husband Victor she is survived by one son, Douglas Wright (Judy), her Grandchildren, Emily and Steven, her niece Leslie Baker (Steve), and her nephew Robert Hendrickson. Funeral Services will be held Saturday December 11th 1pm at the First Presbyterian Church of Yorktown. Visitation will be held at Yorktown Funeral Home 945 East Main Street, Shrub Oak on Friday December 10th at 2-4 and 7-9pm.
